The Portal

In the near future, the Formoris plan to set up a government-like structure to manage all the non-cultural aspects in the life of the Community.

To this end, the lawyers of the Department of High Studies on Politics at the Formori Institute are working on a Carta intended to become the organic law for these institutions.

Several major points have already been decided:

• The institutions will be of a collegial type in order to dispatch the competence,

• The institutions will result from a democratic consultation of the Community,

• The institutions will only be competent inside the Community and will have no territorial jurisdiction,

• The Formoris renounce to any kind of territorial claim,

• The Formoris renounce to the build-up and use of any kind of armed military forces,

• The Formoris recognize the jurisdiction and legal competence of the States where they are settling.

More information will be presented in these pages as the work on the Carta is progressing.
