As one of the original founders and the current president of the Formori Institute, Sogoln is deeply involved in most of the community's projects. Some Formoris consider him as the "spiritual father" of the modern Formoris but he would prefer to be only a "step-father" and see the Formoris grow and prosper by themselves.

Some also consider him as an old driveller but he prefers not to notice and actually he doesn't care.

Sogoln is very active in many fields, not only as a Formori but also as a journalist, a consultant and a free-lance writer on science and technology. He spends his time between France, the United States and French Guiana. He is also the father of Corgaen and Argon, the children he had with Osemy Alviser yg Anzor.

He often complains that "being busy is his business" and that life is far too short compared to all he has to do...
